2-1-1 Finger Lakes is a free and confidential information and referral service that connects individuals with resources in their community. Callers speak directly with information and referral specialists and gain access to comprehensive information and referral services 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
2-1-1 Finger Lakes provides information and referral on a comprehensive range of services, including:
• Alcohol/Substance Abuse
• Clothing/Food/Personal Goods
• Counseling/Crisis Services
• Family Life/Parenting
• Health/Wellness
• Legal/Dispute Resolution
• Seniors Services and Supports
• Shelter/Housing/Transportation
• Support Groups
• Youth Services and Supports
2-1-1 Finger Lakes is used by:
• The general public, individuals, family and friends
• Human service agencies, professionals, staff and volunteers
• Government, social services, community agencies and staff
• School districts, education and counseling professionals and students
• Employers, supervisors, corporations and small businesses
• Faith communities, civic groups and others serving the public interests
