2-1-1 is a free, confidential, multilingual service created to provide an easy way to get connected with services in the community that best meet your needs. This 3-digit phone number, 2-1-1, provides 24 hour a day, 7 day a week access to call counselors ready to provide you with information and referrals to human service agencies and programs serving your area. Their goal is to assist you in finding the help and answers you need, as quickly as possible.
2-1-1 is NOT for police, fire or medical emergency calls.
2-1-1 is part of an initiative throughout North America – soon, one number will work across the entire U.S. and Canada.
Whether you have questions about mental health issues, crisis counseling, emergency food, shelter, clothing, or some other human service need, 2-1-1 has the answers.
