Welcome to the Finger Lakes Region 2-1-1 Community Resource Database, your online connection for finding resources that address your health and human services needs.
Getting Started
Choose one of three methods for searching the database. In each case, the final step of the search will offer you an opportunity to further refine your results by zip code, city, or county.
Choice 1: Browse through the list of Service Categories on the left by clicking the link of the category that best describes the type of help you need.
Choice 2: Click the Keyword Search link on the left, and then type in a word or phrase that best describes the type of help you need. Examples: Career Counseling, Food Pantries, Home Health Care
Choice 3: Click the Search By Agency or Program Name link on the left, and then enter the name (or partial name) of an agency or program for which you’d like more information.
